We engaged Louise Beerden to project manage the complete renovation of our apartment in Mosman, NSW. The task comprised seeking appropriate tradespeople, organising quotes, arranging work schedules to fit a tight timetable, oversighting all works from strip out to completion, choosing some fittings, liaising with the body corporate and neighbours, and attending to final details. We were travelling overseas while most of the work was undertaken and were delighted to return to a finished product that met all our expectations.

Louise undertook all elements of the project to an extremely high standard. She has an excellent network of highly skilled and reliable tradespeople, communicates well with clients and workers, and is organised and efficient. She was able to simplify the myriad choices required when undertaking a comprehensive renovation such as this and we trusted her judgment on all details.
